Cornerstone Project Manager – Learning and Development, Cornerstone on Demand, HR, Workday, HRIS

A leading financial services client are searching for a Project Manager to run a portfolio of IT and business projects relating to their newly implemented L&D platform, Cornerstone on Demand.

You will have multiple examples of learning and development projects, specifically working on the Cornerstone platform. Examples such as version refreshes, the addition of new content/ courses, data related projects, vendor and in-house system integration and the like are all highly desirable and relevant for this client.

You will be a strong communicator - able to liaise with technology, vendors and the HR and L&D business partners alike. Some functional experience of Cornerstone to have informed conversations with these parties is therefore essential.

Skills and experience required:
  • Experience of managing Cornerstone IT and business projects
  • Subject matter expertise/ functional knowledge of Cornerstone
  • Experience and proven capability of working as an HR systems Project Manager within a technology organisation
  • A proven track record of vendor management and negotiation.
  • A good understanding of HR processes, in particular Learning & Development and Talent/Succession
  • Knowledge and experience of working with onshore-offshore global development and infrastructure teams and 3rd party delivery teams
