We take great care and pride in having a back office and finance function that is frequently praised for its excellence. We operate monthly invoicing cycles via an electronic timesheet system within a contractor portal, we also have a dedicated contracts and accounts team to answer any queries and provide a continuous point of contact in addition to your recruitment consultant.
The team maintain accurate records and files including references and all necessary CRB, employment, education and visa documents and are experienced at working with large multinational companies and RPOs in the onboarding process to ensure you can start as quickly as possible.
As part of our ongoing contractor care, we like to meet up with you regularly; whether for a quick coffee, lunch or glass of wine, we are interested in how things are going and building a relationship with you. Many of our contractors have worked with us for many years on multiple assignments and often become clients too. Likewise for our permanent placements.
