With two decade's experience in the recruitment business, we have always made it a priority to be on top of the very latest legislation and regulations within our sector.
We are a well connected business with the right network to keep us abreast of changes occurring in what is often a fast-moving field. We are full members of APSCo, the Association for Professional Staffing Companies, where our Directors are regular members of their Working Groups and Steering Committees helping to shape the industry response to government regulations, we are also an FCSA Supply Chain Partner, an industry body that defines best practice for umbrella companies and works only with fully accredited firms who have undertaken a rigorous due diligence process. Our Directors have been invited on multiple occasions to present to both HMT and HMRC on IR35 and we have submitted published evidence to the House of Lords enquiry into Off Payroll Working rules and reform. We also have partnerships with various specialist firms providing contractor insurances and 3rd party testing within the IR35 domain such as Qdos.
All of this leaves us ideally positioned to advise both clients and candidates on how to navigate the many minefields of regulations, with a good recent example being IR35 and Off Payroll reform. As an example of our advisory services in this space, we conducted an extensive educational roadshow and series of presentations to our clients throughout 2019 and early 2020, as well as publishing numerous written updates and articles to our contractors.
Generally, our advisory services are a value-added (free) service to clients, giving you access to our industry experience as part of the service. Over and above this, we also offer further bespoke information gathering services where clients may require something more unique to their needs.
