Georgeia joined Cornwallis Elt in 2021 as part of our academy scheme, having graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Sociology. She is now a Consultant on our Buy Side team, acting as their resident development/software engineering recruitment specialist (due to also being part of Cornwallis Elt’s ‘Tech Team’).
She is keen to progress up the promotional cycle and build upon existing client and candidate relationships whilst expanding her network across the Buy Side.
Additionally, Georgeia supports junior members of the CWE team and is part of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
