With over 20 years experience in agency side recruitment, Rob joined Cornwallis Elt in 2012 where he worked as a Principal Consultant within the Insurance practice, having left Cornwallis Elt in early 2021, Rob returned to head up the Insurance team in July 2023.
During his time at Cornwallis Elt, Rob has led the growth and expansion of the Insurance division and works with Lloyd’s Underwriters, Brokers, Managing Agents and Syndicates across their IT & Change functions.
