Sophie joined Cornwallis Elt in 2023 and has since progressed to Associate Consultant. She studied Sociology and Social Policy at Cardiff University and has a MSc in Research Methods. Sophie specialises in Technology, Business Change and Operations recruitment for Buy Side institutions across London and Birmingham. As an Associate Consultant, her ongoing development is to provide a regional presence for Buy Side clients across the Midlands.
