Tom graduated from Queen Mary University joining Cornwallis Elt’s academy scheme in 2016. Following a successful period as a resourcer, he is now an established Principal Consultant within the Sell Side recruitment team. Within this role he has become a development recruitment expert and he also now uses those specialist skills to support other teams across the business.
Tom has been a leader for our regional recruitment activities working with core clients in various UK locations including Cardiff, Milton Keynes and Nottingham, enabling key hiring initiatives in niche markets with small candidate pools.
