Role:
- Implement a structured and regulated process for delivering software to the client.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure proper functionality.
- Create detailed documentation for each application, outlining its expected behavior and the approach taken to achieve this.
- Foster relationships with the client, third parties, and vendors.
- Support the resolution of issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Skills:
- In-depth expertise with packaging tools including Flexera Admin Studio, Advanced Installer, Orca and PACE.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Intune and Azure - - Modern Desktop Management.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Proven track record in packaging applications for various platforms such as Win 7 and Win 10.
- Extensive experience working with MS App-V Sequencer and Windows Installer (MSI/MSIX) technologies.
Additional valuable skills: SCCM deployment, including deploying packaged software for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing third-line support with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues.
