My client, a global Market Research firm is seeking a Business/Project Manager on an initial 6-month contract. For this position, the business is specifically looking for someone who can execute an existing technical and people separation roadmap.
You will sit within the Technology function and work closely with key stakeholders throughout the business and report directly into the Director of Technology Business Management. You will manage project execution, demand intake, prioritisation, capacity planning and track the current and future state of the resource and location strategy programme. For this role, you will need to have strong Excel skills, HR processes, business acumen and finally an appreciation of technology changes.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate would cover:
• Business or Project Management experience preferably within the Financial Services/Data organisation
• Knowledge of HR and People processes at scale
• Strong data reporting, data analysis experience & able to visually represent key data and processes in an easy manner – strong Excel skills
• Proven background of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, both technical and business stakeholders
