My client, a leading Financial Services organisation based in Northampton, is looking for a Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme on a permanent basis.
You’ll be working within a fast-paced environment to help bridge strategic objectives with day-to-day operational execution—supporting the design and delivery of new processes and systems, with a focus on platforms such as Salesforce. Your work will underpin the successful rollout of scalable, future-proof solutions across multiple business areas.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in large-scale change, confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels, and highly skilled in structured analysis and delivery methods across hybrid project models.

- Experience in large-scale transformation or change programmes as a Business Analyst
- Strong background in business process design and systems implementation
- Experience working with or alongside Salesforce platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
- Deep understanding of change impacts, business readiness, and structured delivery
- Skilled in requirements traceability, process mapping, and hybrid delivery models
