Digital Campaign Manager – Subscription, Defence – Permanent, London - £60,000

My client, a global digital media organisation, is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Campaign Manager to drive digital growth across their Defence & Security portfolio. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing integrated digital campaigns across email, social, and paid media to support the launch and expansion of new digital products, including memberships, directories, newsletters, and marketing services.

You will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns, ensuring maximum audience engagement and conversion. You will also play a crucial role in cross-sell opportunities, audience growth strategies, and brand messaging across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated digital campaign strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics, including automation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Oversee social media marketing ensuring growth in engagement and reach.
• Implement push notifications and app engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and content teams to create compelling digital assets and campaign materials.
• Identify cross-promotional opportunities across event portfolios and align campaign messaging for maximum impact.
• Work with data analysts to track performance, optimise campaigns, and report on key metrics.

Key skills:
• A results-driven digital marketer with experience in planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging, benefit-led messaging for various digital channels.
• Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, CMS tools, and analytics platforms.
