IT Support Team Lead – Law, Applications, EUC

A Renowned Law Firm is looking for IT Support Team Lead to join their Applications Team in the support, maintenance and delivery of business applications and technologies on a permanent basis.
In the role, you will lead their End User Compute (EUC) team and drive end user computing technologies within the business including virtual desktops, application delivery and device management. You will be responsible for EUC systems being stable and reliable, ensuring security is maintained, and assisting in the completion of IT project work.
As the team lead, you will supervise daily activities of the team, delegate and allocate personnel and resources to project work as well as act as a point of escalation for major incidents out of hours. You will ensure the service desk is performance and identify any training and development needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM, InTune, Autopilot, MSI Packaging, PowerShell App. Deployment Toolkit, Citrix XenApp, standard desktop applications.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365.
• A strong working knowledge of desktop deployment and maintenance specifically around Windows 10/11.
• Strong understanding of laptop hardware, desktop hardware and virtual desktops.
• Strong PowerShell and scripting abilities.
• Knowledge of virtual technologies.
• Worked within an ITIL environment.
• Law experience (Beneficial).
