Head of Marketing - Pardot / Analytics / Marketing / B2B / Digital / Defence - Permanent - £100,000 + bonus
A leading media organisation is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a large team within one of their key digital areas across their portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
You will develop and manage the product roadmap for a new subscription platform, conducting market research to identify consumer needs and evaluate competitors. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, drive growth initiatives, and oversee social media platforms. You will also manage third-party agencies to deliver timely, high-quality campaigns, assist in organizing events and development launches as well as create engaging content. Additionally, you will evaluate marketing effectiveness, write and update website blogs, and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
Key Skills and Experience:
- A marketing degree or equivalent experience.
- A proactive and KPI driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in Defence is Ideal.
- A driven and passionate individual who can self-manage and use initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset and the confidence to present new ideas.
