Project Manager
Location: Manchester (2 days per week)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join an insurance client of ours. You will be responsible for delivering strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations. Working closely with business, data, and technology teams, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet key success criteria and KPIs.
- Leading project governance and reporting to maintain transparency and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver business-critical initiatives.
- Proactively tracking progress, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Overseeing resource planning and allocation for efficient project execution.
- Driving the adoption of new solutions and ensuring a smooth implementation process.
- Producing high-quality project documentation to maintain clear records and communication.
- Building and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working across multiple teams and levels.
- A proactive and structured approach to project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored for different audiences.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and external partners.
- Experience in the Lloyd’s of London Market is a plus.
- Knowledge of transformation projects and outsourcing is highly desirable.
