Our client is a leading specialty insurance company. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team and help drive the successful delivery of strategic projects. You will manage and deliver high complexity projects, and work with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects adhering to company project governance framework.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, RAID logs, and steering committee updates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (FCA, PRA).
Key Competencies & Experience
- Proven experience managing 7+ high complexity projects with multiple workstreams.
- Strong experience in Insurance, M&A, IT, and business change projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with senior management and external partners.
