My client, a well-established Fintech in the regulatory intelligence space, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis for an initial 6 months. This is a primarily a remote role with some travel to their London offices when required.
You will be working directly with the CTO, and will be responsible for organising, managing, reporting and delivering a suite of complex technology projects. This will include being both strategic and hands on with deliverables, managing C-suite stakeholders, and and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions used by top tier financial services organisations. Further to this you will ensure appropriate tooling is in place for project execution, as well as ensure risks and issues are mitigated and escalated where needed.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Senior Project Manager experience (preferably FS or a Start-Up)
- Strong understanding across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in delivering both Agile and Waterfall projects / programmes
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with matrix teams and £multi-million budgets
- Experience with RegTech / AI / ML would be highly beneficial
