Service Delivery Manager – Real Estate - Hybrid/Remote - £70,000 base + bonus + benefits - Perm - London
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and enhance IT infrastructure, network services, and support operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration with external service providers, maintaining top-tier service standards, and driving innovation in IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

You will be overseeing IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, servers, and networks, while managing relationships with external service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Acting as the primary liaison for outsourced IT partners, maintaining service levels and security standards.

Ensuring efficient network performance, overseeing IT support services and driving strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and CE+ standards.

Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and providing regular performance insights to leadership.
To be Successful in this role you will need:

Real Estate experience

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage external partners and collaborate with internal teams.

Proven experience in managing IT service delivery and outsourced IT providers.

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), and IT service management (ITSM) tools.

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or a similar technical management role.
