Programme Manager – Stakeholder Management / Transformation – 12 Month Contract – London/Hybrid
£550-600 p.d outside IR35
A leading digital start-up business based in London are seeking a Programme Manager to join their team on a contract basis within their Strategy & Transformation team to support them on the journey of digital growth.
They are looking to offer innovative digital experiences and products that excite their customers to diversify their offering, and they will need you to come in and oversee their digital transformation project covering a variety of their sectors such as defence, gaming and consumer electronics.
To be successful, you will need to be knowledgeable of PMO and change methods and be able to work across multiple different teams, technical and non-technical, communicating effectively through reporting and making sure that there is alignment and change driven towards the new operating model.
Ideal Skillset:
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Knack for problem solving and creative thinking
• Extensive experience of being able to manage both business and technical pieces of work
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, to be able to present ideas
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, developing strong working relationships
• Ability to multitask and organise priorities to meet deadlines
