Cornwallis Elt are delighted to announce that we have signed up to the 'Tech She Can Charter", in conjunction with PwC, and in so doing, joining 190 other organisations that have pledged to work together in creating equal opportunities for women within the tech industry.
The charter's key initiatives initiatives are to:
1. Enrich education: educate and inspire pupils, especially girls, to take tech subjects and consider tech careers.
2. Influence change: in the workplace, in schools, in government.
We are extremely proud to support this initiative as part of our ongoing commitment to improving Diversity & Inclusion within the tech industry and we look forward to working with the Charter and PwC in encouraging more women to join our industry!
