Last week saw Cornwallis Elt host the first of its CTO virtual forums for the Lloyds insurance market on various aspects of digital transformation.
Much of the debate was around the organisation of IT and similar disciplines, and the move to centre around digital transformation and product led organisations including IT functions (or should we say technology resources with the word IT being banned across many organisations) – it looks like the Lloyds market is ahead of much of the rest of financial services in this.
