The last week has seen Cornwallis host two forums for 'Heads of Change / Heads of Business Change' within the Buy-Side.
The discussion has been wide ranging from how to shift focus to strategic change, what is the half-life of a process flow model, to the wider functions of a business change team.

We are holding further (virtual) forums for IT seniors in London’s Insurance Market, and for CTOs in mid-sized sell-side and private equity firms on the changing role of IT.
Hopefully the next round of discussion groups with seniors in our clients will be in person!
