The list of “Hot 100 Recruitment Companies” has been released and Cornwallis Elt was delighted to be ranked 19th this year overall, up 16 places from 35th in last year’s list.
The list reflects what was an incredibly challenging year for the recruitment industry, but despite this, sectors such as IT and digital took a materially increased share in the HOT 100 making significant gains on the competition.

Also appearing in this year’s list is Morson Group, who acquired Cornwallis Elt in 2021, and remain unmoved in the rankings in 66th place. The 2021 Hot 100 reflects on the past performance of recruitment companies, either in 2020 or early 2021, and as was to be expected most companies accounts are affected by the COVID-impacted period.
