Head of Business Change, Lloyds of London, Insurance, Permanent, London, £100,000 Our client, a leading specialty London Market insurer, is seeking a Head of Change to join them in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the Change function at a pivotal stage of its growth, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and own the change management strategy and oversee the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and Lloyd’s market standards. • Lead strategic transformation programmes, including process optimisation, digital initiatives, and regulatory compliance projects • Identify and prioritise operational improvement opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership. • Build strong relationships with senior executives, underwriters, brokers, and regulatory bodies to drive buy-in and adoption. • Ensure all change initiatives meet Lloyd’s regulations, as well as broader FCA and PRA requirements. • Partner with IT teams to deliver digital transformation projects Key Skills: • Extensive change management experience within the Lloyd’s of London market. • Deep knowledge of Lloyd’s market structures, including operational, regulatory, and competitive landscapes. • Expertise in process improvement, digital transformation, and organisational development. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
