Application Support Lead – eCommerce, .NET, C#, API’s, Postman, AWS, ITSM, SLA’s – Digital – Richmond

A global events business is searching for an Application Support Lead for their eCommerce & Registration Services. In this key role, you will oversee the technical support and day-to-day operations of their eCommerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and stability. You will lead complex troubleshooting, collaborate with internal teams and vendors and ensure service delivery meets SLA’s, KPI’s & XLA’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of eCommerce & registration applications, ensuring service stability and performance.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs; support the setup and configuration of new features.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and cost optimization for services in scope.
- Lead reporting on SLAs, KPIs, and capacity management.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce applications and leading technical support teams.
- Strong proficiency in .NET, APIs, Postman, C#, AWS, Adobe Magento, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools, service lifecycle management, and process improvements.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective solutions.
