Change Manager – Lloyd’s Insurance – Permanent - £80-85k
Hybrid – 3 days in the office
The Business Change Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving successful business change initiatives. They will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners to shape, analyse, and implement changes that align with strategic objectives. This role requires a strong combination of business analysis, project management, and change management skills.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Business Analysis:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable change initiatives.
· Analyse and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
Project Management:
· Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
· Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
· Assist in the development and management of project plans and timelines.
Change Management:
· Develop and implement change management strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
· Conduct impact assessments and identify potential risks.
· Provide training and support to end-users throughout the change process.
Functional & Behavioural Competencies required:
· Strong understanding of insurance business operations preferably within Lloyd’s Insurance
· Strong business analysis skills
· Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices.
· Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
