Claims Adjuster – US Casualty, Insurance

Salary: Up to £70,000 + discretionary bonus
A Lloyd’s Market Insurer is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their team on a permanent basis to manage US Casualty claims, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Handling US Casualty claims.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards for claims and customer service.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external clients, brokers, and third-party experts.
• Sharing market intelligence with the wider Claims team to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in the Lloyd’s and/or London insurance market.
• Proven background in US Casualty Claims handling.
• Familiarity with Claims systems such as Electronic Claim File (ECF).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Beneficial experience includes:
• Working towards or having achieved the ACII qualification.
