ReadSoft/Kofax Consultant – ReadSoft Installation and Oracle ERP Integration – 6 Month Contract Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team on a contract basis to lead the installation, setup, and configuration of a ReadSoft instance integrated with an Oracle ERP system. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless deployment of ReadSoft for automated document processing, tailored to the organization’s accounts payable and invoicing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure the ReadSoft application, including all necessary components and modules.
• Integrate ReadSoft with the Oracle ERP system (EBS or Fusion), ensuring smooth data exchange and workflow alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Design and implement workflows for automated document processing, including invoice capture, validation, and approval.
• Perform data mapping and ensure extracted data is validated against Oracle ERP master data (e.g., vendors, purchase orders).
• Configure exception handling and reporting mechanisms within ReadSoft.
• Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system functionality and integration reliability.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployment.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring ReadSoft/Kofax solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP systems (EBS or Oracle Fusion) and their integration points.
• Experience with accounts payable workflows and automated invoice processing.
• Proficiency in data mapping and validation.
• Familiarity with OCR technology and document processing.
