A Reputable Lloyd’s Market Syndicate are looking for an Optimisation Consultant (Management Consultant) to join in on their Operations Team on a permanent basis to actively strive and deliver operating model improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will continuously seek to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and procedures using both traditional and innovative solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that shape the future of the business. As a catalyst for change, you will champion a proactive and adaptable mindset within the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working on defining and delivering complex optimisation initiatives.
- Experience working in a Lloyd’s/London Market insurance company.
- Experience working in a large company (global exposure preferred).
- An understanding of the relationships, dependencies and impacts of change on systems, teams and processes.
