OCI Technical Service Owner – Oracle Cloud / ITSM / Data Flows / Troubleshooting - 6 Month Contract - £600 p.d Inside IR35 

A global FTSE organisation in London are seeking a Technical Service Owner to join them on an initial 6-month contract where you will be part of an exciting area of the business working within a multiplatform environment.
Reporting into the OCI & Oracle Apps Technical Service Lead, this hybrid roles serves as a primary escalation point for Application/Technical support specialists and you will be providing senior technical assistance to Application users as well as technical support teams. The role acts as a Technical Service Owner for Applications in use within the organisation alongside engagement with various supporting teams (IT Operations, Development, Third parties).

Key skills:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Strong, hands-on knowledge in (at least one or more) Oracle Applications; EBS, EPM, OBIEE, SOA, IDCS, EDW
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Proven knowledge of ITSM tools, Integrations, Project Management Tools
• Advanced knowledge in multiplatform environments and data flows
• Proven ability to manage an array of Application Technologies (Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem/Legacy).


SUPPORT SKILLS:
• Service Lifecycle Management
• Technical writing documentation/SOP development knowledge
• Ability to manage complex troubleshooting for Applications including Root Cause Analysis & Remediation with minimal supervision
• Understanding of operating procedures and when they should be created/changed/updated
• Ability to understand, define & manage system processes
• Understanding backup & recovery procedures
• Work closely with development groups, support groups, and vendors to coordinate special operations, and communicate/escalate problems as appropriate to meet assigned deadlines
