A well-respected Insurance business operating in the London Market is searching for a Project Manager to join the ‘Office of the CEO’ core projects team to have oversight across a portfolio of work.
The role involves overseeing the team’s project portfolio , tracking key performance metrics and managing development and resourcing needs. You will be responsible for creating clear project scopes and high-level plans for complex initiatives when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient delivery of the project portfolio for the Office of the CEO Project Management team.
- Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Performance Indicators (PIs) for the Office of the CEO Project Management team.
- Manage the development and resource capacity of the Project Management team under the Office of the CEO.
- Create clear project scopes and high-level plans for complex projects, when necessary.
- Key Experience
- Proven experience in overseeing several large and complex projects involving 15+ workstream leads across various departments and geographical locations within the insurance industry.
- Successfully delivered M&A acquisition and integration projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Project Managers, coaching and motivating them to adhere to established processes.
- Skilled in managing the execution of multiple projects across a team of project managers.
