A leading global law firm is seeking a Project Manager / Human Resources (HR) Consultant to lead the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and enhance their HR function globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS implementation and optimize HR processes internationally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-suite, to define HR objectives.
- Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Establish and manage project governance and controls.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering global HRIS implementations (law sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (Core HR, payroll, compensation).
- 2+ years of experience in the law industry.
- Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary global teams and full lifecycle project delivery.
