RFP Manager – IT Outsourcing – London, Contract, £500 – 600 p/d Inside IR35
Our client, a leading exhibitions and events company, is seeking an RFP Manager to join them on a contractual basis working out of their London office until the end of the year. Working within their Procurement function, you will be responsible for the entire IT outsource vendor selection for the business.
Responsibilities:
• The development and production of IT Outsourcing Request for proposal(s) RFP), and associated documentation
• Assisting with Vendor selection (both for the issuing of the RFP and reviewing responses)
• Managing and meeting proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates.
• Scheduling and facilitating meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.
• Vendor selection Being the key contact with regard to RFP and DDQ queries.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating and reviewing RFP documents for an IT outsourcing project
• Experience working in an IT outsourcing project
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
