Global organisation in London is seeking an experienced Technical M&A Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a complex divestiture.
Role:
- Drive delivery of technology elements of divestiture project including complex and commercially sensitive areas
- Very strong stakeholder management skills including at the most senior level within business
- Manage implementation of the technology portfolio of enterprise tech, business tech and infrastructure projects
- Manage the development and maintenance of Technology business cases, plans, status reports, CRAID logs for all Projects
- Manage dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning, and feeding into larger programmes and sub-portfolios
The successful candidate will need:
- Strong track record of delivering M&As and Divestments
- Ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure milestones are hit in a timely manner
- Good understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Ability to build good working relationships with 3rd party vendors
- Enterprise scale delivery of similar M&A projects
