Transition Service Agreement Manager – 12 month Contract / London / £700 p/d Outside IR35
A well-respected market research business is searching for a Transition Services Agreement Manager to join them on a 12-month contract on an outside IR35 basis. They are based near South Bank and will be required to go to the office x2 days a week.
The business is looking to hire a TSA Manager to take full ownership of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) following business divestitures. You will ensure all contracted services are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards, driving operational stability throughout the transition period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of TSAs, ensuring full compliance with all terms.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and third-party service providers.
- Identify risks and resolve issues quickly to prevent disruption to service delivery.
- Manage all TSA financials, including cost control, invoicing, and budget reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing TSAs in M&A or business transitions.
- Strong background in IT service delivery, project management, or operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid financial management skills with a focus on cost control.
