Business Manager - Business Operations, Location Strategy, Resource Strategy, Data, Project Delivery, Technology, Change – London/Remote – Contract - £550 p.d. - £600 p.d.
My client, a global Market Research firm are seeking a Business Manager on an initial 6-month contract with intent to extend to join them in London/Remote capacity. For this position the business is specifically looking for someone who is a well-versed in Resource and Location Strategy, helping execute a global relocation strategy piece of work.
You will sit within the Technology function and work closely with key stakeholders throughout the business and report directly into the Director of Technology Business Management. You will manage roadmaps, demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning and track the current and future state of the resource and location strategy programme. For this role, you will need to have strong Excel skills, HR processes, business acumen and finally an empathetic nature due to the potential sensitives of the programme.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate would cover:
• Business Management experience preferably within the Financial Services/Data organisation
• Must have experience of a resource / location strategy piece of work – being in the detail of the empathic nature here and HR processes
• Strong data reporting, data analysis experience & able to visually represent key data and processes in an easy manner – strong Excel skills
• Proven background of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, both technical and business stakeholders
