I am seeking an experienced Programme Test manager to join a global investment bank as part of their central change function.
You will be focused on the end to end Programme Test Strategy for a high profile Resilience programme across the Markets business, in which you will be responsible for strategy, execution, governance, reporting, and delivery. This role will require you to not only lead the coordination and communications across several domains of the business, but also bridge the gap between the business and technology, consume and redistribute information across teams, and ideally predict and provide solutions to issues posed by regulators and deliver stakeholder management. You will have multiple test resources matrixed in to you, and will be in the overarching role, ensuring the test strategy remains in shape front to back, as the bank looks to ensure they are completely resilient to Cyber attacks.
To be successful in this role you will need ;
- To Contribute to overall testing for the major projects whilst acting as Programme test lead for a range of projects.
- Proven financial services experience.
- Implementation of main testing techniques and defining test strategy
- Experience working with external regulators would be highly beneficial.
- Market experience would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in managing governance, reporting , strategy plans in testing.
- Confident at managing relationships and communicating at all levels from technical to leadership teams.
- Experience of managing onshore and offshore teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
