Project Manager/Business Analyst - Security Modernisation / Access Management - London/Hybrid - £650pd Outside

Our client, a global media organisation, is looking for a multifaceted individual to join the business in a hybrid role of Project Manager/Business Analyst

This role is required to manage the planning and delivery of projects across several areas of identity, i.e. IGA, External access, zero trust etc. This will include proper analysis and documentation of requirements.

The successful candidate will engage directly with the business and run a squad of technical resources in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring appropriate design and analysis into delivery.

Key responsibilities
• Run an Agile/Scrum delivery squad of automation and integration business initiatives.
• Lead agile project planning activities, agreeing and documenting scope, designs, analysis and supporting the translation of desired business objectives into attainable project deliverables.
• Effectively engage and manage senior business stakeholders involved in the automation and integration initiatives, as well as reporting progress to Technology and external stakeholders.
• Elicit client business requirements through methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, use cases, site visits etc.

Key skills
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience across complex, large scale & dynamic projects requiring design
• A strong cyber generalist with experience in areas of Information Protection, Cloud, IAM, Zero Trust, Defender.
• End-to-end experience of automation & integration projects between multiple systems
• Experience in project management for technology programmes and projects
• Experience of business analysis & requirements gathering in complex organisations across multiple projects
• Skilled in project management and planning methodologies, tools and processes
• Relationship management skills, ability to build and create a strong internal network across levels and disciplines
• Strong people management and communication skills
